Leadership
Leaders set the tone for the culture and expectations within the team. We focus on equipping leaders with the necessary tools to lead their teams to success. From communication and conflict resolution to motivating and holding their team accountable, leaders are the compass steering their teams and we strive to provide each leader with a look in the mirror on how they are currently operating in these areas, and what it will take to get to the next level of leadership development.
Communication
Communication is the core of all relationships, both personal and professional. We have seen teams rise and fall on the strength of their communication, and our focus is to heighten each person's awareness around their own communication style and how best to communicate with other individuals on their team. This involves both giving AND receiving information, and we also focus on the importance of listening and the differences between reacting and responding to situations and people.
Teamwork
High performance teams don't just happen. Our focus is to help individuals understand how personally responsible they are for what they bring to the team, and then to help those individuals learn how best to work together toward a common vision. Teams will identify their own roadmap to success and which attributes are most important to them in getting there.
Assessments
There is a higher level of purpose that individuals can operate at when they increase their awareness of self. We utilize the DiSC personality assessment to help individuals learn more about their behavioral tendencies, their communication styles, and how those personalities operate in times of success and in times of conflict. It is amazing what we can discover about ourselves when we open our eyes.
