Shelli Alaniz – Founder\/Trainer<\/h3>\t\t\t

Has a passion for helping individuals become more aware of their own potential. She is a skilled trainer with over 10 years of experience in communication, leadership development, and team building training. Shelli graduated with a degree in Psychology and began her professional journey working with a Houston based leadership development company as Vice President of Sales. She pursued her desire to train and became certified in both the classroom and on the ropes course in their Advanced Leadership Program, along with becoming a professional coach\/mentor to individuals from all over the United States as a follow-up to the training. She has extensive experience utilizing the DiSC personality profile within her training and is equally comfortable in the classroom or in corporate environments as she is outdoors facilitating ropes course activities or scavenger hunts. <\/p>\n

Favorite Quote: The two most important days in your life are the day you were born, and the day you find out why.
\nLife Mission: To make a difference in this world, first through my family and then by helping others.

Regina Alexander – Founder\/Trainer<\/h3>\t\t\t

Believes in helping to empower the community, organizations, teams, and corporate clients to realize their productive capabilities through insightful and purpose-driven programming. She is a skilled trainer with over 5 years of experience instructing adult and youth team building initiatives. She has a degree in Business Administration as well as an MBA. Regina\u2019s passion is to be out in the field creating synergy within groups. Given her experience working with diverse groups in diverse places, Regina is always ready for unique challenges and she is willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. Previously working in the corporate sector provided her the opportunity to work collaboratively with companies to directly address their training needs. She has seen the effect training makes for both the employee and the company, and enjoys being part of the solution.<\/p>\n
